Absolutely the best service! From the moment I first called by phone (Juliana) or the portal, the booking process was seamless and so easy to do. Very fast turnaround time for booking appointments and the service technician (Carlos) was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, helpful and friendly. I’ve never heard of this service before and came highly recommended by my sales expert Marc from Universal Appliances. I will call them again if I need to!

Carlos and Alex did an excellent job to install a hood fan for us. We can see their expertise and care as they performed thé installation.
